EFFECTS OF COMPOUND TRAINING ON MOTRICITY AMONG BASKETBALL PLAYERS

ABSTRACT Introduction: In kinematics, one can measure the strength of movement ability by time it takes to move a certain distance and speed person displacement. Objective: To study effect compound training on mobility basketball players. Methods: A comparative experimental was carried out sensitivity players, lasting 8 weeks. There were 30 basketball-playing volunteers randomly divided into two groups, while control group performed routine activities. The implemented protocol composed ladder ropes allied conventional training. Results: After experiment, technical level motricity in showed differences over result before experiment (P<0.05), very significant difference (P<0.01), improving their performance after experiment. are effects different methods, using rope methods greatly improved foot agility motor skill. Conclusion: Composite involving has superior development skill, ability, Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
